Chinese Visa

Chinese Visa

Conference participants may require a Chinese visa to enter China. Specifically, individuals who are not Chinese citizens must obtain a visa, with the exception of passport holders from Singapore, Brunei, and Japan. Participants should apply for a visa at the Chinese embassy or consulate in their country of residence. To avoid any complications, it is strongly advised that applicants apply as early as possible. It is recommended to submit visa applications at least one month in advance.

For most attendees, applying for a tourist ("L") visa is the most straightforward option. Please note that an invitation letter is not required for a tourist visa.
