Submission Guide

Submission guide

We invite authors to contribute to the conference by submitting articles that present research results, projects, surveys, and industrial experiences. All submissions must be original and must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere during the review period.

All papers will undergo a peer-review process. If accepted, the authors must incorporate any suggested corrections into the final submission.

Authors may choose between two submission types:

  • Regular Papers: Limited to 10 single-column pages. A fee of 60 USD will be charged for each page beyond the first 6 pages.
  • Abstracts: Considered for oral or poster presentation only. Abstracts will not be included in the conference proceedings.

All accepted regular full papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings and will be submitted for indexing to Ei Compendex and Scopus after the conference. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register for and attend this year's conference and give an oral presentation.

Regarding Peer Review:

DAKE requires that all conference papers undergo a strict peer review process prior to publication. Each submitted manuscript will be evaluated by a panel of experts in the relevant field to ensure it meets the necessary standards for acceptance and publication.

Review Process:

1.Unbiased consideration is given to all manuscripts offered for inclusion in the DAKE 2026 proceedings regardless of race, gender, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors.

2.All submissions should be written in English and submitted through our Online Submission System. Papers reporting original, unpublished research results and experiences are solicited. Submissions must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere, or they will be rejected immediately.

3.The paper format should follow the conference Template before submitting. All papers will be subject to a double-blind peer review process and each paper will be reviewed by at least 2–3 reviewers. The review results will be sent to the program chair.

4.If revisions are requested by the reviewers, the revised manuscript should be resubmitted within two weeks and will be re-evaluated by the original reviewer(s). If the revisions are accepted, the paper will be accepted for the conference. All accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings for publication.

Should plagiarism be confirmed, the following sanctions will be imposed:

The submitted article will be rejected or removed from all conference publications.

The author’s misconduct will be reported to their supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).

The incident of plagiarism will be reported to the relevant offices of academic ethics and research funding agencies.

The conference reserves the right to disclose the names of the author(s), the title of the paper, the affiliated institutions, and the details of the misconduct.
