Conference Program

The detailed conference schedule will be availabe for download 25 days before the event. Please note below schedule is just for reference, final schedule might be different. The tentative schedule is as below:

Day 1 – June 5, 2026

Participants are supposed to sign in at the conference venue and collect all the conference materials at the registration counter on this day. However, the registration is still open on the 2nd day of the conference.

Conference chair will be hosting an opening ceremony in the morning, and all the participants are supposed to be there, then the keynote speakers will deliver their spectacular speeches and share their cutting-edge research fruits with the participants. During the intermission, there will be a photo session for all the participants to take a group photo.

Instruction for Oral Presentations


1. Timing: Each presentation is allocated a maximum of 15 minutes in total, including both the presentation and the discussion. Please be considerate of the schedule so that the next speaker can also begin on time.
2. You may use your own laptop or copy your presentation file to the conference computer via a USB drive. Please ensure your file is free of viruses. Speakers must meet their session chair in the corresponding session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins to prepare or upload the presentation file (in PPT or PDF format).
3. Backup Recommendation: It is recommended that you also email a copy of your presentation to yourself as a backup. In case your file cannot be accessed from the USB drive, you can download it from your email.
4. Equipment: Each session room will be equipped with an LCD projector, screen, laser pointer, microphone, and a computer installed with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Reader. To ensure compatibility, please use common fonts and symbols. If you prefer to use your own laptop, please test the connection with the projector before your session.
5. Video Content: If your presentation contains videos, please ensure they are properly formatted and embedded in the main file.


Instructions for Poster Presentations


1. Poster Size: The maximum poster size is 59.4 cm wide × 84.1 cm high (A1 size).

3. Attendance: During your assigned poster session, at least one author must remain by the poster to explain and discuss the work with conference attendees.
